Handling Fees

Once the application form and payment has been received by WCEO, any and all changes require a $45 handling fee. These include changes to the course program, the date of attendance, the pick-up time, and the campus location.
 Second Copy of Receipt

If the original receipt is lost, you may receive a second copy for a $45 handling fee
 Bounced Check
$45
A $45 fee will be charged for any bounced checks
 Late Pick-Up Fee
$1/minute
The late fee for picking up your child is $1 per minute past the official end of the camp day

 
♦ Discounts are cumulative. If you cancel your registration for a program, your discount will be affected.
You must fill out and submit the Withdraw & Refund form for your class cancellation to be affective. 
♦ Once you have submitted the Withdraw & Refund form, you will receive your refund after a two-week processing period.
♦ We offer no refunds, no credit, and no make-ups for missed classes, unless the camp is cancelled by WCEO.
♦ If your child is absent for the full week due to illness, you must submit a doctor’s note in order to receive a refund.
♦ Once your application form and payment have been received by WCEO, you may not cancel your registration and transfer your tuition to another person or use it to pay for a future camp.
